“Took my S2000 to Sonny on Friday morning, and picked it up Sunday afternoon. He said he could have it ready on Saturday, but I did not want to rush him. So with that said, he did what he said he would do, and I was not let down. I took in my car with 17 years of yellow and road rash on it, and it came out looking like a new born baby. What is Halo Efx True Gloss? True gloss is a high gloss that replicates the look of a factory oem clear coat. It still has all the properties of a removable coating and can be cut/buffed to a mirror finish.
Why is Halo EFX True Gloss more expensive over base Halo EFX & Plasti Dip? The simple answer to this question is that the cost of material is more expensive and Halo EFX True gloss requires a 3x the product and labor time when compared to traditional liquid wraps in plasti dip or base Halo EFX. . Also, Halo EFX True Gloss has far superior properties and benefit of being scratch and fuel resistant. The lifespan will outlast plasti dip or halo as well.
Does Halo Efx True Gloss really look like factory paint? Yes without a doubt! The coating can also be cut and buffed to a mirror finish.
Does Plasti Dip offer a high gloss coating? Plasti Dip does offer a "topcoat" version for their gloss but we consider it to be a "semi-gloss." If your looking for a high gloss that mimics real oem finishes you'll have to upgrade to Halo Efx True Gloss.
Does Halo EFX, True gloss and Plasti Dip really peel off with no damage? Yes! Check out our video section of the about page to see for yourself.
Do you offer financing options? We can setup an auto pay feature using quickbooks but it will act as a layaway program meaning you do not get the paint job until the final payment has been made. We do offer credit cards as a form of payment.
How do I wash my vehicle once its been liquid wrapped? We always recommend hand washing any coating to help the coating last as long as possible. Machine car washes can even destroy regular paint jobs and should be avoided at all costs. There are plenty of professional hand wash detailers in most major cities. There are certain waxes that can be used as well like DipCoat and others such as spray Ice Turtle Wax.
What is the lifespan of these coatings? Plasti Dip (1-2 years) Halo (2-3 years add True Gloss 5+ years)
Do you offer warranties? We stand behind our work if something happens to the coating we ask that you call us so that we can assess the damage. If it has been a very short time period and the damage was not caused by improper care then it may be fixed at no cost. Please understand that every circumstance is different and each scenario will be handled accordingly.
